Considering the purpose and context of the organization, and the nature of its activities, Prime Consulting Group is committed to maintaining and continually improving an Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015.
In this context, the organization is committed to:
- Protecting the environment, including the prevention of pollution, through responsible use of resources and proper management of waste, particularly electronic waste.
- Fulfilling applicable compliance obligations, including relevant environmental legislation and other requirements applicable to the organization's activities.
- Continually improving the Environmental Management System to enhance environmental performance in a manner appropriate to the scale and nature of the organization.
To support these commitments, Prime Consulting Group will:
- Promote efficient use of energy and digital resources, including responsible management of IT equipment and cloud-based services.
- Minimize waste generation and ensure proper segregation and disposal in accordance with local regulations.
- Consider environmental aspects and impacts, including a life cycle perspective, in decision-making processes such as procurement, service delivery, and subcontractor engagement.
- Encourage environmentally responsible practices among subcontractors and external partners where influence can be exercised.
- Prioritize remote working and digital solutions to reduce travel and associated environmental impacts.
- Periodically review environmental aspects and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
The framework for setting and reviewing environmental objectives is established within the Environmental Management System.
The President is responsible for communicating the Environmental Policy to the relevant interested parties and making it available to the public.
